The Ukrainian military destroyed a Russian helicopter near Berestovo Bakhmut district of Donetsk region.
On October 31, the video of the liquidation of the occupiers’ armed forces was published in Telegram by the speaker of Odesa OVA, Serhii Bratchuk.
“The Russian Mi-8 near the village of Berestov, Bakhmut district. It went after the Russian ship,” he commented.
The Air Command of the Southern Armed Forces reported on October 31 that during the morning mass attacks of the occupiers in Ukraine, the Ukrainian military shot down a Russian Ka-52 attack helicopter in the Kherson region.
According to the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, as of October 31, the Ukrainian military shot down 253 helicopters of the occupiers since the beginning of the full-scale invasion of the Russian Federation .
The British Ministry of Defense noted that the Russian command is increasingly resorting to risky sorties of attack helicopters as one of the few available options for providing support to the occupying forces on the battlefield.
