Drones weighing 32 g allow reconnaissance behind enemy lines without attracting attention.

The Ukrainian military uses miniature Black Hornet Nano drones from Teledyne Flir in the war. Vladimir Volosyuk, owner of the Spetsnaz website and founder of the Spetsnaz newspaper, showed the device in action on his Facebook page .

In a short video, the military demonstrated their ability to handle a small drone that looks like a pocket helicopter. The Black Hornet Nano hovered in the air above the field, and then, under the control of the operator, slowly descended into the framed cap. Judging by the trees in the background, the video was filmed several months ago, but has only just been released.

In August, it became known that Norway and the UK would transfer Black Hornet drones to the Ukrainian Armed Forces . The number of devices is unknown, but the cost of the entire batch was $9.6 million. It is worth noting that in 2016-2018 one such UAV was estimated at about $40,000.
