Russian troops in occupied Energodar are commanded by a native of the Dnepropetrovsk region, Vadim Klymenko.

According to him, the Russian units in the city are commanded by Colonel Klimenko, born in 1970, a native of the village of Prosyanaya (Dnipropetrovsk region).
